About Mariano Ammirabile
Mariano is working in Integrated Technology Services organization in IBM Italy, he is responsible to develop Cloud market in Italy with specific focus area on Cloud Services and Technology. He has several years of experience in IT Services market and prior to this position he has covered different management position in IBM Software division, for Tivoli, Lotus, and WebSphere brands where he was Manager of Technical Sales Teams.Also he has spent almost four years in Accenture, where he was Senior Manager for IT Strategy and Effectiveness practice. He holds an University Degree in Computer Science and he is member of IBM On Demand Community since the foundation. In 2009 he was selected at WW level to participate to the “IBM Corporate Service Corps” initiative, where 300 IBM professionals spent two months in emerging markets. Mariano was assigned to Vietnam country, where he had the possibility to work with the CEO of a local utility in the Hai Phong.
